01 / Development

Begin with the material.

Share a sample, a color card or a garment brief. We review the fiber blend, structure and intended use before refining the sample together.

02 / Production

Find the right finish.

Weaving, dyeing and finishing are coordinated around the approved sample. Adjustments to fulling and surface treatment bring thickness, pile and drape into focus.

03 / Quality review

Keep the sample in view.

Before delivery, fabric is reviewed against the confirmed sample and order requirements. Later batches receive their own color and appearance checks.
